Call or email for reservations. Your reservation will
be confirmed upon receipt of your check equal to
one night or 1/2 the total stay, which will
guarantee your reservation. The balance of your bill
will be due upon arrival, prior to check in.

There are minimum stays for peak periods for all
rooms - inquire with the innkeepers.
Payment: We accept credit cards, cash or checks.
Cancellations / Refunds:
To qualify for a full refund of your reservation
deposit, cancellations must be made within 7 days
of your reservation date. Holidays and special
events may require longer cancellation notification.
Check in / check out:
Check in is from 3pm to 6 pm.
Later check in times may be arranged.
Must call if check-in is anticipated after 6pm.
Check out by 11am, please.
Rates based upon double occupancy. Additional
guests are $25 per night per extra person.
No smoking; evidence of smoking in the Mansion
will result in a $500.00 cleaning charge.
Our guests are invited to enjoy at their
convenience our generous continental breakfast
served in their rooms daily. Please help yourself to a
wide selection of our locally baked goods, fresh
fruit, juice, yogurt, flavored herbal & spiced teas
and gourmet coffee.
